Week 1 Day ! Activity 3 SLJ
SPCA I have chosen the SPCA charity because they help animals that are in need. They help hurt and lost animals including pets and wild animals like pigs and boars and sort of animals like that. They also make animals healthy and then you can adopt them.
Hi Elizabeth.
ReplyDeleteIt's Allie here from the SLJ team. Well done for completing another activity. You have chosen a really great charity to tell us all about.
The SPCA do a great job taking care of all of the animals. They make sure that they are all healthy and then find them new homes.
Do you have any pets at your house?
I have two cats and a dog. Our cat that we got last year came from the SPCA, her name is Luna and she was 9 months old when we got her from the SPA.
I hope that you had a great Christmas and are enjoying your holiday. We are looking forward to reading more of your work over the summer.
Keep up the great work.
Until next time
Allie :)
Hi Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteHave you ever adopted a pet from the SPCA? We have had two dogs that came from there. Our first dog Hamish, and the dog our children grew up with, Kuri.
The SPCA are very caring of the animals they take into their shelters. I like the way they provide a programme to stop the animals they adopt from breeding. It means there are a lot less unloved pets in the world.
I hope you are enjoying your break from school and are doing lots of fun activities with your family.

Hi Elizabeth,
ReplyDeleteWe have noticed that you haven’t done any Summer Learning Journey activities for a while. Our programme finish date is the 24th of January so you still have plenty of time to complete some more activities and collect more points.
Head here to find the activities: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities
Remember, if you have any questions about any of the activities all you have to do is ask!
I am looking forward to seeing more posts from you over the next week!
Leisha :)
